"Nice hotel, well located. Breakfast was good and shuttle service appreciated."

"Beautiful room. The bathroom sink had very little water coming out. Other than that it felt like luxury"

"Everything was great."

"Nice hotel to stay for one night. They do not have a pool, but one can be used at a hotel next door. We were not told when we arrived early at the hotel so were not able to take advantage. They also did not advise us of our hotel room being ready until 530pm. They did give us some certificates to use at the hotel because of this. Overall good and the shuttle service is really practical. Much appreciated."

"Room was clean, perfect location and staff was awesome. The breakfast was alright but it allowed us to save money. We’ll be staying here again"

"The staff were available for questions and very professional."

This made my stay very uncomfortable and everything nearby was sold out due to an event. It appears renovated and nice to the eye but the ants in the room were very off putting. I’ve never seen anything like this especially when far from the ground floor."

"I rented a suite with a balcony and two queen beds. I was put in a handicap accessible room with 1 king size bed with no balcony! I went to speak to the manager and he did his best to accommodate with the Queen beds but no balcony. The television in the living room didn’t work at all. I was charged 3 days for underground parking and only utilized 1 day. I was told at the front desk that this would be adjusted, but was still charged. This was my first thought time visiting California and I was...
