"Pickup to and from LAX every 30 minutes is a great perk. Hotel is relatively old but well kept. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel held our luggage for us and let us use the hotel's amenities after checkout since our flight was a late night boarding. Would definitely stay again. "

"The room was clean and large. There were repeated issues with the lock on the door when I first checked in, necessitating I take the elevator and push my large bag up and down the halls several times before it was resolved and I was able to actually get into my room at the end of the day. Other than that, the staff were helpful and friendly. However, there is a Metro rail line, very close to the hotel building, that makes loud brake-squealing noises approximately once every 15 minutes all night long. Bring earplugs! "
