"Parking is expensive; no good restaurant in walkable distance (at least not recommended by staff). Morning front desk person was a bit unfriendly. But it worked in a pinch and was inexpensive compared to other options near the airport. "

"Rooms are nicely decorated. Not what I was expecting for this chain. They were also clean and looked well maintained, at least for my floor. Maybe it's been recently renovated. I'm unsure. You're not staying in the hustle and bustle of downtown LA, but with all the other surrounding hotels, there's plenty of dining options you can easily walk to. Despite the proximity to the airport, I could see the runways from my upper floor, noise was not an issue. The elevator was different. You selected your floor and the system tells you what elevator to get on. Odd to get on an elevator with no (accessible) buttons. Also tricky if you select the wrong floor, like I did, but staff was on the elevator too and rerouted it for me, without me hoping off."

"Great hotel. We wanted something near LAX as we were dropping our dog off for pet transport. Great hotel for the dog. Restaurant in the hotel was very good and sitting outside in the bar area with heaters going was very nice. Very quiet considering how close we were to the airport. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We got there late after traveling and immediately it smelled horrible. We crammed into the tiniest elevator that we thought was going to break at any moment and got to our room. The first room that is. We got in there and it was completely filthy. It obviously hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest. We went down and were given a new room but we were already a foot out the door just from the smell alone. We went up to our new room, again cramming into a tiny elevator that didn’t even display the correct floor numbers on the screen. Not even going to go in depth of the floor cleanliness. We get to our new room, clean ish this time. The smell though was just too much. In hindsight I should’ve checked if it was pet friendly because it was evident the furniture had been scratched up and I don’t even want to imagine what kind of things lurked in that carpet. The pictures are false advertisement. No matter the convenience of location I did not feel safe or clean in that hotel. I would not book here again. "

"Very noisy in the bottom floor. The upstairs guest were very loud at 10:30 pm. I ask the manager to correct the situation. I called several times to be moved to another room. She refused, stating that the hotel is full. I asked for a refund and she still refused. I want a full refund! I will never stay at this hotel again!"
