"After an extremely frustrating time getting here as a result of the winter storm 2026, the staff was overly pleasant and even allowed us to check in early! The room was spotless, the bed is extremely comfortable and the shuttle to and from LAX is very helpful. 10 out of 10! "

"My stay at this hotel in California was simply outstanding. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. They welcomed my dogs at no extra cost, which I truly appreciated and which shows a genuinely pet-friendly policy. The staff carefully followed all the cleanliness and housekeeping instructions posted in the lobby, demonstrating excellent organization and a strong commitment to hygiene. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless, as was the entire hotel. Cleanliness was exceptional throughout the property. The parking area was convenient and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was orderly, calm, and very well managed. Additionally, my money was refunded fairly and exactly as it should have been, which speaks volumes about the hotel’s honesty and professionalism. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Excellent service, top-quality facilities, and outstanding customer care.
