"The cottage was a perfect place to stay with my 2 dogs while visiting my daughter. It’s small but well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The yard is fully fenced, spacious and dog-friendly."

"Had a great time with my dogs at this home.It’s hard to find short terminals that allow dogs so it was nice to have in this place was very well set up for fur babies.We didn’t have any issue with anything on our trip and we’re very comfortable.Probably the thing I stood at the most was how well stocked the kitchen was and having all the staples to be able to make your own food is great.Central coast is beautiful, and I will definitely look to return to this property again with my dogs"

"We had a wonderful two-night stay and would absolutely come back!The home was spotless, comfortable, and had a well-equipped kitchen. It's located in a quiet town that's perfect if you're looking to relax while still being within easy driving distance of San Luis Obispo and several beautiful California coastal towns.One of the highlights was Tom's incredible hospitality. From the moment we booked until the day we left, he was responsive, welcoming, and full of great local recommendations. We actually arrived in the area a day early, and Tom even reached out to a friend to see if they had a place available for us. That level of kindness and customer service really stood out.The furry welcome committee was another bonus! Jett the dog and Sylvester and Sally the cats were all so sweet and added so much charm to the stay.If you're visiting the area, be sure to shop local. We especially enjoyed Beerwood—it had great food, a fun atmosphere, and was one of our favorite stops.Overall, this was a fantastic stay with an exceptional host. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable home base with easy access to the Central Coast and a host who truly goes above and beyond."

"Wonderful extended family vacation at Denise’s beautiful rental house! There was 11 of us. The house has many places to gather as a group but also to find a quiet moment! The beds are very comfortable with quality bedding. The bathrooms had amble towels plus personal travel sized toiletries. My group cooked most meals in the house. The kitchen is very large and easy to work in. We ate our meals at the outside table or and in the kitchen. . We loved the pool table. The location of the house is convenient to local trails and state parks. We bought our food at Raleigh’s and went to downtown MB several times. All in all it was a wonderful trip."

"The property is beautifully maintained, and the amenities make it an ideal spot for a fun, relaxing getaway. I’ve stayed here several times and plan to keep coming back. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the patios are perfect for unwinding. The golf course is a blast and conveniently right outside your door. The restaurant offers a great selection, and Ben’s service was outstanding. Check‑in was a breeze, and Debbi at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. You hardly need to leave the grounds, but Los Osos and Baywood are lovely options if you feel like exploring for the day. We enjoyed peaceful morning walks, afternoon tee times, and evening drinks paired with magnificent sunset views. Next time, we’re definitely booking the hot tub. This place is a true hidden gem—I only wish I lived closer."
