"This is one of my favourite hotels. It’s absolutely beautiful and all the rooms are done to a 5* standard. The breakfasts are amazing as well. Thank you Michael for another lovely stay. "
"Good location, parking was available although we had to pay for it. The double beds were on the small size, bedroom furniture looked quite old, and the mattresses were a bit soft for us. Easy self check in process and quiet rooms."

"Lovely modern, comfortable, clean hotel. Room was spacious and cool. Bed was big and very comfortable. Very quiet and plenty of parking. Staff are all very welcoming. We drank in the pub and had food from Pizza Dough, all good and reasonably priced. We have stayed before and am sure we will stay again. "
"What stunning hotel, we had a junior suite, and it was such a great space. Plenty of room for starters. Tones of natural light, with a fantastic view of the Millennium and Tyne Bridge.
Pure comfort and luxury, if we didn’t have plans I would have chilled in the room more, that’s how nice the room was. "
