"We were a group of five adults in town for a family Christmas. This is such a great place to stay! It is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, very comfortable beds, and comfy living room furniture for relaxing together. Coffee was provided for convenience. The complex is very quiet and conveniently located, easy to access from the highway. We loved it and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.. We would definitely stay here again!"

The unit is on the third floor with outdoor stair access only. When we got in, there were a dozen air fresheners and 2 air purifiers - the unit below held a smoker and I believe all these air fresheners was to mitigate that smell. "It was to be smoke free but it smelled so bad of smoke. There was papers and old food on the floors. The outside of the appliances were dirty. The beds were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quite."

"We had lived in these apartments (now condos) when my husband was a student at NCSU in 1970-1973. We love to stay in these now condos when we return to Raleigh to visit family in the area. Chip has done a nice renovation on the condo but the outside still retains the 70's vibe. It's a great location for walking to the Village with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores.
