"This apartment was really nicer it's was on the third floor lots of steps. We stayed 6 days there is a washer and dryer which was really nice. The master bathroom has a really nice tub/shower but water pressure was really bad we all ended up using the guest bathroom. And the water never really get hot. It’s easy to get to the college, the hospital, many restaurants, grocery stores, and down town Chapel Hill from this location. There are woods at the beginning of the property with a lovely walking trail. Would definitely recommend this host and property to anyone staying in the Chapel Hill area."

"The property is in an great location if you are attending an event at NC State or the Raleigh Coliseum. It's on the second floor (which I might have missed in the description). However we heard little of the neighbors. The apartment could use a paint freshen but was clean. Beds are really comfortable as was the living furniture. Kitchen could use a few more amenities - as in a spatula, pitcher, mixing bowl - for those who prefer to rustle up a quick meal rather than eat out. "

"We had lived in these apartments (now condos) when my husband was a student at NCSU in 1970-1973. We love to stay in these now condos when we return to Raleigh to visit family in the area. Chip has done a nice renovation on the condo but the outside still retains the 70's vibe. It's a great location for walking to the Village with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores.
