This was a very good value for money stay. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was included and was a standard breakfast buffet. We would happily stay here again if visiting Durham.

Staff were so great to work with when I accidentally booked the stay for the wrong night- she was quick to cancel with a refund and still get a room that night when I needed it! The free breakfast and pool are great as well! My only complaint if I had to have one would be that it could have been cleaned slightly better, but under the circumstances and reasoning for needing the stay I would 1000% recommend this hotel!
