This condo is your home away from home ! Located in a quiet, older neighborhood inside the beltline close to ALL the major attractions. NC state university, PNC Arena, downtown Raleigh , State fairgrounds are are all within a 1.4 mile radius! Enjoy 1225 sq. ft of spacious living area with one king and two queen bedrooms , equipped kitchen , washer/dryer and complimentary drinks/ snacks. Accommodates upto 6 adults and is one of the best values in the Raleigh area.

Please note this property is on the top floor and in hot days in the summer it may not cool properly to desired temperature. There is the possibility of a smoke smell coming from the neighboring unit downstairs, please do not book if this is likely to be an issue for your group .

Enjoyable Stay

We were in town for parent’s weekend at NC State and this was a great place to stay. Especially considering the price of hotels were inflated. It’s a well maintained property in a quiet area and very close to campus. It was easy for us to go back and forth to see our child.

Nice stay, plenty of room for 6 adults. Close to interstate, good parking, quiet area. It is a apartment complex but nice. No issues at all Tom was a great host. Great price.

Family reunion

The place was very clean and came with all the amenities of a home away from home. We loved the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths to accommodate the 4 of us. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors seemed friendly. The location was minutes away from downtown and main shopping area. We loved it and definitely enjoyed our stay. We will definitely recommend and will come back.

Pot and pitbull

Sketchy exterior, nice interior. The apartment smelled strongly of marijuana due to neighbors. One neighbor, nice guy, has two pits one of which unexpectedly came after us. There was only one lock on the door. The designated parking space was taken which made luggage loading and unloading difficult and confusing with the potential threat of vehicle being towed.

Cigar smoke everywhere

Cigarette smoke all over the house. Hairs in bed and shower. Bed unmake with hairs on some of the blankets. A/C not working properly. Owner should show exterior of the condo for rental to see the condition of the condo.

Fighting Wasp w/o Ice Maker

Everything was great besides the back door, hard to open and this was an apartment not a condo that was listed as an condo. The ice maker didn’t work and had to fight wasp on back patio. Overall stay I rate a 4 cause all amenities were available (besides ice maker).

Convenient to Carter Finley, but parking was a nightmare

Living room smelled like smoke. Master bathroom toilet did not work properly. Power to the lights and plugs in master bedroom did not work. Parking spot that was reserved for this unit was occupied when we returned; had to park on the street - this was not fault of owner, but definitely inconvenient. Floor plan and space worked for our group. We came up for the NC State football fans.

In town for a hockey game

Check in was a breeze. Owner was proactive and very helpful. Home was neat and clean. Very close to the interstate, but not noisy. Close to downtown Raleigh and the hockey arena. Would definitely recommend for a NC State football or hockey weekend. Will try and stay again the next time we are in town.
