"The owner never sent us check in information and we called him over 30x. We were there for a concert on Saturday night but there were 160,000 people in town for concerts. VRBO offered to pay for ONE room for ONE night and we had 6 people. The VRBO lady wouldn’t even help me find more than one room because she said it was not her problem. I hope this guy loses his rental privileges. My weekend ended up costing me $2500 more than I’d planned but we were 6 hours from home with little choice"

"It is a cute property. Nice location. The reason for a slightly lower grade is that there were no starter items like soap in the bathroom, coffee and tea makings and some of the kitchen drawers were full of junky stuff. I would stay there again."

"Our Executive team has to come to Charlotte for work from time to time and this neighborhood is beautiful and safe! Lots of places to walk, great coffee houses, and the apartment is super comfortable and the beds are amazing! You have everything you need! Great place to be near downtown! The check in was slightly complex as you have to submit a photo ID and that was an extra step I wasn’t expecting so, we arrived at 10pm at night for me to realize I didn’t have the check in info.
