"This was a great location for us. It was near family as well as grocery stores and restaurants and not far from a strawberry farm with a playground. There was always plenty of convenient parking as well. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with views of the water and woods."

"Check-in was seamless, with one issue addressed immediately. Property managers were friendly and helpful. Condo was spacious, well-equipped and very clean. Neighborhood was a joy to walk, some super restaurants were walk-able and neighborhood was clean and safe. The free light rail, provided access to downtown and stadium and museums. "This apartment where my daughter and I stayed for Mother's Day weekend is a perfect size and a perfect location! Myers Park and Queens Road are one of the most beautiful areas in Charlotte with mature trees and well established homes. It is within easy driving distance to all the city's landmarks, good restaurants and shopping. The property was extremely clean and beautifully furnished with well-stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed. Will definitely rent it again!"

"Andrea is a superstar host! We just loved her! The site was a little hard to find, as our GPS took us to a totally different location and finding the correct spot took almost an hour. (Apparently, this is common according to the homeowners in the area we spoke to.)
