The location is excellent: the hotel is very close to the train station, the coach station and the shuttle bus to the airport, as well as only a 15 mins walk to the main square in the city centre. "This is a unique property - very rural and peaceful, but within striking distance of Toulouse. The couple and their young daughter acquired the house and estate in 2018 to develop it as a vineyard, and a year later they opened four guest rooms. The breakfast was fantastic and the swimming pool was a wonderful bonus."
