"Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

"We stayed at the beach house for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. The location right on the beach is amazing. It was great to be able to sit outside and watch the sea, and some of our party enjoyed a swim too! The kitchen is well stocked with equipment so we could cook breakfast and we had a take away one night. The goodies left for us were appreciated. The house is very comfortable and there was room for all of us (6 adults, 2 children and a dog). We had a great stay!"

"As a group of 8 adults, we had a fantastic stay. To have 4 bedrooms and 3 showers made the stay really comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped! Excellent location and quiet, very close to station and a short walk down to the sea front and pier. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This home was absolutely perfect for our family. The location was ideal, being close to the beach abd footbridge into town. There is also a great park for the kids within walking distance. We like visiting Brighton, but staying in peaceful Shoreham is perfect for a relaxingholiday. The house has everything you need for cooking at home and relaxing. And it is well maintained.
