"I really enjoyed my stay. I felt it was a bit much to charge £10 parking when I paid so much for the room, dinner, spa and treatment and breakfast. So would have been a nice gesture to give free overnight parking. I have no complaints really, only that maybe there should be more consideration and compassion for neurodiverse people like myself. "Lovely stay just a few things to note. Parking needs to be free/included, it’s £8 but a bit annoying for such an upmarket establishment to charge for it. Grounds are beautiful the building is stunning, staff helpful and friendly. It would be nice to have a little music around the communal areas plus we sat reading and at 9 o’clock sharp the candles were all snuffed out!! Breakfast was lovely ."

"Comfortable, clean very spacious but no view . Could open the window which was a plus. No hand towels, not sure if this is deliberate. Very pleasant bar person , shame no cash option in bar - food very good . Easy to find and close to town."

"Stayed 1 night in a newly refurbished room. Was excellent - just as you would hope from a Crowne Plaza. We had a drink and some chips in the bar, which was busy but well-staffed. We parked in a nearby multistorey (3 mins walk) but you can actually park at the hotel as well. No complaints at all."
