"Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation. Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer."

"Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. "

"The inside of the room was lovely with new technology for door entry, lighting etc. and we loved the wildlife and farm animals. however the outside of the property was a total mess. It looked like lots of the buildings were falling to bits and the grounds were overgrown and not well kept the restaurant was permanently closed and the shared microwave in the corridor worked but there was no cutlery"

Considering it’s a motorway services accommodation, there’s really no choice unless we parachuted in. The hotel should have the honesty to include it in the price at booking."

"New construction wall to wall carpet in halls and rooms. Business hotel on edge of Nuneaton and next to Bermuda industrial estate. Good service and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. One elevator for the 4 story building. No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away ."

I was told my room number and recieved a text with code. App door key is functional once you get used to it, though I would prefer a key or code personally as having all of the doors unlock before I reach them is a security/safety risk, especially for lone travellers. I was very put off by there being a hidden fee retained from the room security deposit, with the alternative choice to have the deposit held for a full 30 days. "Stayed here while visiting Coventry for a a concert little bit of a way out but we're able to get an uber to take us in and out. Check in was very late at 3pm and we were not able to use pool etc because we were not checked in as guests . This meant we had to get changed in a bathroom as we were heading in to town at 2 pm Room was lovely large and clean ,bath and shower to choose from Very good breakfast the next day ,very busy due to events on day before but there was plenty to choose from...
