"Really good standard of cleanliness, cosy and very quiet room but the outstanding feature was how lovely,helpful and friendly the staff were. Close to New street railway station and Bullring for shopping. I would certainly recommend it"

"Didn’t even stay the night. If you picture a seedy American motel. You’re not far wrong. Do not stay here if you have suicidal thoughts. I saw my room and immediately asked for a refund, the girl said she understood and would let the manager know as she would have to process a refund.
