"Afternoon check in clerk was woefully incompetent. She had no idea what she was doing on the computer All other staff offered friendly greetings whenever/wherever I encountered them. Nice touch"

"Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was decent (maybe make the coffee a little stronger). Location was great (the mall was dead, but the hotel is located near some decent restaurants)."

"Nice facilities and warm staff. The breakfast and light dinner were sufficient for full meals for both me and my 8 year old. Loved the indoor/ outdoor pool and overall a nice atmosphere. Conveniently located to many attractions, a short drive from downtown Birmingham and world class shopping close by. Would definitely stay here again."

"The Kelly is a nice hotel in a great location. The rooms are well outfitted thought disappointed there wasn't a minifridge. The A/C works great though, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Aside from being charged for breakfast when it was supposed to be included in the room charge I paid, I would definitely recommend this hotel."
