"The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was also good, though it had less variety than the other hotels in which I stayed in the same trip, located in Finland, Sweden, and Denmark. The room was a comfortable size with a nice bathroom, and had a "temperature regulation" system, not AC. Since the weather was cool, this was not a problem. The location is perhaps the least desirable for this hotel: It is walking distance (8mins with luggage) to a transit station, but outside of the center of Amsterdam."

"Very chic"

"Convenient and near the Eurostar train station. Was able to get a room to transfer to after spending one night in a room along the canal with no lift, a/c, available staff and bad air quality. This hotel was literally a lifesaver."

"Hotel was great. Brilliant welcome by the staff of the hotel, room was nice - toilet and shower area was a bit small, but the shower was decent. Great facilities in the room too. Steamer, hairdryer, shaving mirror, coffee/tea facilities. When we arrived the doors to our balcony were open and that was a lovely feature. We closed the doors on the balcony and then the hotel would not re-open it for health and safety reasons. Real shame, in the hot weather the breeze was really appreciated "

"Great location Great Staff "

"While it may seem out of the way it really isn’t and you get a great deal because of that. The metro is literally across the street and the tram stop is at the end of the block and will get you to all main attractions in 15-30m. Tip: buy a GVP transit pass, add it to your phone’s wallet, and then just scan on any transport (you can even get to the airport with it). The hotel is also a beautiful 20m walk from Albert Cuyp market, which has authentic stroopwaffel, amazing food, and cute little shops. The hotel itself is really nice and clean and very hip while still being welcoming. It has a lot of options to hang out too, including later when everything is closed: the lobby cafe (good sandwiches and pastries), an upstairs bar with city views, a downstairs club, and rooftop hot tubs and sauna. Staff in all these areas were always friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were very clean, comfortable, and had nice amenities like shampoo and shower gel, hairdryer, and lots of towels. If you want to be left alone in your unpacked chaos, they don’t clean the room until the 4th day unless requested, which I appreciated. Overall this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and I would definitely recommend and would stay here again for sure."
