"A lovely hotel in the perfect location (with a great burger and coffee shop across the road). Sadly this was overshadowed by being put in room 23 which is easily the worst room in the hotel. Room 23 has thin windows (hear anyone say outside), literally one step from the dining room (breakfast starts at 7:30 and you will hear any and all plates) and if that wasn’t bad enough the other wall is a communal bathroom! I was woken up both mornings of my stay to plates and when I asked to move they...

"The hotel location couldn't be better. Is close to all the many attraction but not in the middle of the central area. There is a tram stop just across the street. The hotel is modern and the staff very professional and kind. I was surprised about the size of the room, more spacious that most of standard rooms at European hotels."

Worth remembering that you need to pay 12.5% of room value per stay, upon arrival for city tax, as we had ignorantly missed that. Will definitely stay again - good location, amazing views and those big windows are something special. They also went out of their way to help celebrate my husbands birthday, massively impressed"
