"Tired and smokey"

"One day at the pool, they had no pool towels. But he said that they were not delivered to them and there was nothing they could do. The desk staff was extremely rude and just walked away. We complained about paying a resort fee and could not use the resort correctly. On the second day, they forgot to clean the room after being gone all day. They said all cleaning staff had left for today and gave us fresh towels and coffee. Would not stay there again."

"A very nice hotel, extremely spacious. The ambiance is beautiful. Very creative. Friendly staff. Amazing restaurant located in the hotel. Very close to restaurants and casinos, all within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel, especially for a romantic getaway."

"it was amazing"

"First of all I don’t like the fact that we had to wait to check into the room if check in is at 4 then my room should have been ready way before that time. I understand they may have been short staff or something"

"Unique. Homely and close to everything. Beach, casinos, restaurants and Margaritaville"

"Single elevator was broken during entire 3 night stay. Hot and cold water were switched on bathroom faucet. Very poor lighting in shower/ toilet area."

"Amazing property! Right in the middle of everything."
