Great beds and the best air conditioning ever - cool and silent. Rooms were great, casino is modern but the slots seemed really tight to me. The pool area really needs work. The pool deck is disintegrating, and the sand from it is in the hot tub and pool. Pool liner has detached from the bottom in a large area. Overall a good stay. Reasonable price.

We did like the Pool. But, the rest of the hotel was run down and dirty. We stayed three nights, the 18th of October through the 21st. The room were freezing cold. The halls looked as if they had not been vacuumed and or dusted in a long while. When we entered our room, it was just as cold if not colder than the halls. We had to call twice every day for towels, coffee cups and Coffee. The Two shops that they have both close down at 9pm. So, if you needed something you had to leave and find a store. You had to call or find someone to turn on the jets in the Hot Tub I could go on and on but trust us we will never stay Harrah's again.

The staff really does exhibit southern charm. To the bell hop to the front desk associates to the custodial crew, everyone was friendly, helpful and pleasant. I liked how there is separation between the gaming area and the hotel rooms, plus the pool area was active and chill with the bar and live DJ. I did have challenges that were reported regarding the room furniture (damaged), but overall I would stay again.

Mattress and bed wasn't same size, only 1 rag and batteries in remote were almost dead. Staff was very polite and courteous. The steak n shake was terrible in the casino but overall the hotel was ok, besides the cops harrass ing us saying our tag light was out and they wasn't. Used that to pull us over at the hotel and then accused us of weed aroma, which was totally false.

My first time at a casino. It was fun. I didn't lose my shirt,but I had it with me. Restaraunts' staff were busy and kicking ass on labor day weekend . The casino was clean and BUSY. Didn't care for the smoking,but I used to be the guy defending it. I know. Its a casino. The drive down Beach Blvd was more than I expected .Loved the trip.

Our stay was really great. The room was clean, elevators were fast and efficient. We enjoyed the pool, restaurants, and the Starbucks coffee in the morning. The pool area itself was a bit uncomfortable as the area surrounding the pool had tiny little bits of the surface design that hurt our feet and became stuck. The walkway over to the blind tiger could desperately use some attention and looks pretty bleak from above. The staff were very kind however and the entire experience and interactions with employees and guests were very good.
