"Lovely hotel to take kids! Breakfast was great, pool is awesome, and good places to eat nearby!"

"Every aspect of the hotel from the moment you pull up in front SCREAMS for an update! The age makes it feel dirty and uncomfortable. Water to the building was shut off from 11:30 PM-5 AM. One of the two elevators was out of order the entire time. The dinner restaurant closed before 10 PM (even though the sign clearly stated that they were open), and breakfast was out of just over half the menu so we were forced to find food off premises for both meals (one of the factors in choosing this hotel was the availability of meals at the hotel). Staff was not rude, but definitely not happy to help either. Overall a truly negative experience!"

"Breakfast menu was good, with many options. Parking wasn't that easy to find, ended up parking on the street both nights. The room was clean, but for a family of four, at least one more set of towels would have been nice. We booked through Expedia and my wife had paid up front with her cc. Upon check in, a male front desk staff member was pretty snotty about using her cc for the deposit. He was kind of belittling to us and insisted that we pay $700 on debit for the deposit and would not accept my cc. He also wouldnt let me collect points through the program during our stay. My other family members who were also staying here for the weekend, didn't experience these issues, wh8ch os not a bad thing. I've been on the road working for the last 2 months and been staying at Holiday Inn almost exclusively, but have never been treated like this before. I'm hoping that the employee was maybe having an off day or something like that, because I've always been treated good at this franchise. "

"Room was clean enough just remodeled poorly. They failed to clean my room the first night, but brought fresh towels up immediately with fresh Keurig cups (I hadn't thought of that) when I reported. "

"The room was not very clean, it was very outdated. The tap was leaking, the TV didnt work properly. The room was very small! Cracks in the ceiling, cracks in the walls I called the front desk and asked if i only stayed one night (i had booked two) if i would be charged. They said no but offered to upgrade me to a bigger room, with two beds. I accepted and we stayed both nights. The uograded room was still very much outdated, not clean, cracks in the ceiling, baseboards. The TV did work properly at least. I didnt go to the breakfast We were on the first floor, as we had two dogs with us I guess you get what you pay for! Will not be staying again anytime soon."
