"We had a very positive experience here despite all the negative reviews. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and we had a quiet stay. The breakfast is simple but convenient. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken which was not a problem for us but would be a problem if you have mobility issues."

"Room was sufficient with regard to cleanliness. Fridge freezer was so full if ice I couldn't get my ice pack in it, so I took it upon myself to defrost it. The restaurant on-site was pitiful!! Potatoes were boxed, vegetables were frozen and soggy/mushy and the steak was not chewable enough to swallow, so the meal sucked in my opinion! They were nice enough to give us complimentary desserts to make up for the unacceptable meal, which was kind, but did not seem to want to offer a remedy for the poor quality of food served."

"Its a small continetal breakfast, nothing hot, there is no family sit in restaurant, in the hotel,for family dining, but there are other small eat in, or take out places. Example, pizza, subway. The parking is great. Great friendly ,helpful staff, nice hotel to stay at. "

"The gym is absolutely phenomenal at this hotel minus they’re missing one machine that I would strongly recommend. I do find that the hot water just does not get hot enough at this hotel. And that just comes with being an older hotel. Location is great."

"The free breakfast was not very good but adequate. The hotel had a run down appearance and there was dust, scuff marks in the room noticed in the bathroom. For the price it was adequate for our stay."

"I was impressed overall with this property. I was very disappointed that at every turn there was a prompt for me to provide a tip to the staff, even after checking out when being asked to provide a review. If their staff needs the tip to supplement their income that is on the hotel chain to pay them adequately, not on the guest. A tip for going above and beyond is one thing, but them leaving a manufactured business card in the room asking us to use the QR code to tip the housekeeping staff is offensive."
