"Stayed here with my partner for my first time in Denver. This hotel really made our trip. Staff was immensely friendly and helpful with navigating checking in after a delayed flight and getting into Denver in the middle of the night. Room was lovely and clean with housekeeping on top of cleaning our room every day of our stay. I cannot emphasize enough how lovely the staff here are. The hotel itself was in a great location with easy access to 16th St Mall and close to so many places in downtown. We got breakfast at the buffet twice because the food was amazing and the staff were so friendly and kind. Will 100% be coming back in the future!!"

"On arrival, we tried to wait in the small lounge area before check in since we were early and we were told we couldn’t because of a private party, mind you it was snowing and very cold outside so we couldn’t just hang outside. The dining area was also booked for a private party. This left us with no where to wait. Our room was very small, cramped, but clean with nice amenities. Our room was also by the elevator, so it was noisy at times. Not worth the price in our opinion."

"Lots of chlorine in pool son's has chemical burn on face and eyebrows other than that good place to stay food was a lil off"

"We could not park our van in the parking garage even though it’s a normal height. That was not listed on the site. There were many items of disrepair in the room. The door was wide open when we arrived- which was not acceptable and was very unnerving."
