"The room was much smaller than what was advertised online. The power outlet above the kitchen counter didn’t work. The room was also very close to the elevator, and the sound insulation was poor, so it was quite noisy. I contacted the hotel about these issues but did not received a response during the stay. "

"Lovely home in Creekside that is ski-in ski-out for intermediate and above skiers. Lots of kitchen supplies which is nice given most vacation homes are completely empty. Would recommend for any couples or small families!"

"Heating in the room is a noisy window unit that blows hot air on the bed. Or a noisy electric fake fireplace that rattles at high volume. Service is friendly. Location is good. Parking is good. Sparse room without character. 4 star rates for 2 star hotel. Welcome to Whistler…. "

"For an up-scale hotel, the overall experience was so-so. The room I was assigned was noisy, with music blaring till 11pm from the adjacent Crystal Lodge restaurant. I had called ahead of time in an attempt to obtain a quiet room, but was told the hotel was very busy, and this was not possible. Kitchens also in need of some updating and generally not well equipped."
