"Will definitely stay here again. The beds were comfortable. No musty, funky smells. It's a huge room for all your things, with an extra sink so 2 people can get ready at the same time. Great price compared to other motels/hotels in the area. Love the retro bathroom colors. Plenty of coffee/breakfast options in town so free breakfast is not needed. Just adds expense to your stay. And not all free breakfasts are that great anyway. Clean, and comfy. I did notice there wasn't a hair dryer. I brought my own so it wasn't an issue. Forgot to mention that at checkout. "

"Davos Chalet is a very charming, cozy place with many amenities. The new owners are very welcoming and add a homely touch to your stay. The view outside is spectacular- worth the stay in and of itself. We will definitely be coming back. "

"The staff was amazing! We arrived very late and were upgraded without request. The king suite was huge and very clean with a great view of the lake and lift. The desk staff was friendly and professional. "

"GPS directed us to the property. Convenient parking. Cabin is old, as described. Everything clean and in working condition. Way more space than we needed. We had the windows open for lake breezes during the day and kicked on the heat to take the chill out of the cabin in the morning. Kitchen was stocked for preparing meals. Groundskeepers are friendly and attentive. Waking to loon calls beats city noises! We will check here for availability in the future. "

"This cabin was a wonderful base for exploring the western UP. The cabin was more than enough for the two of us and our dog, it could easily host a family. The cabin was very comfortable and the sauna is a fantastic extra touch. We happened to visit during a heat wave but were happy to discover the air conditioning works great. We would definitely rent this cabin again if we need a place to stay in this area in the future!"
