The staff was fantastic! It was our first time to the area ans they had great suggestions. The room was clearly old been renovated okay. A/C didn't work great, shower never got past cold, and sink clogged with one use. Great location but dont know that we would be back.

Staying in the off-season there were hardly any other guests. Essentially had the entire place to ourselves including the pool, sauna, and restaurant.

We love the hot tub, pool and sauna. The breakfast is great with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and tator tots. Friendly and helpful staff. We have been on the ski chair ride to see the fall colors in the past and it was fun. A nice place to take a short walk, with a pond and views of the ski hills. We go here every year when visisting my mother and always look forward to staying here.

Stayed at this resort for one night, as we made our way through town on a road trip. For the price it was a fair deal. The whole property looked like it's main areas recently received an upgrade but you can tell the rooms need some maintenance, repair and fresh coats of paint. There was also a lot of weird smells inside. The pool, hot tub and sauna amenities were really nice to have although the pool area could use an upgrade as a lot of the surfaces were chipping paint and concrete. Lots of potential, good location for one night. Not sure I would stay for several nights.

Stayed here as a pit stop on a multi day travel trip in the off season (summer). Scenic property with very clean rooms. Breakfast was very good and cooked fresh. I didn't realize that the front desk isn't staffed starting at 8pm (very clearly stated on our reservation, I just didn't read it), so I was worried when we arrived at 8:30 to check-in, but there was an option for self check-in that worked great. Hot water took a while to heat up (again, we were there in the off season) but had no issues once it got hot! Would definitely stay here again!!

Joe was outstanding at check-in! Great personality, friendly and helpful! The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was substantial. The shower was great! My biggest complaint was that we were on the second floor and there is no elevator so we had to make numerous trips to haul our suitcases, cooler, dry goods box, etc. up the stairs. I am handicapped and my husbandis 78. Also, we asked for a room with a view and didn’t get one.

Clean room. Clean peop Home-like, moreso than hotel-like feel, which was awesome! Kid friendly. The A/C worked so well (thankfully)! Breakfast was good! They had real eggs, which is rare for hotel breakfast buffets. Size of the buffet was smaller than average, however they focus on quality over quantity, which is more important for our family. Appreciated having all the bacon options too — from floppy to well done, and everywhere in between on the spectrum! Pool was very much enjoyed by the kiddo! Hot tub was nice, as well for the grown-ups (along with the pool)!

Some helpful information about the shower in our particular room….. hot water takes about 20 minutes of a running shower on HOT to actually get to be warm enough to take a shower. I learned this from another guest staying there at the same time. It’s an old building and I completely understand that the water takes a while to warm up, BUT the staff could have alerted us to the issue ahead of time. The water temp was by no means hot, even after 20 minutes of running and two showers later it still wasn’t really hot, but it wasn’t ice cold either Staff was wonderful, staff was accommodating, but it’s also the slow season and there weren’t too many staff members available Breakfast in the morning was lovely and quite nice with bacon, sausage, and eggs

room was clean. it had good views. staff was very helpful. Few things that I would share: 1. the main pic on Expedia (with 4 brown buildings) is not correct; those are condos. We were in one of the "dark grey" buildings 2. these were older buildings, and had a "cabin-y" / musky smell to it 3. free breakfast - if you are a vegetarian - leaves much to be desired for. Only bread and tater tots. No bagels or waffles etc. And the cereal boxes were old; my kids threw it away. 4. All in all - i would stay there again; nice clean place, and friendly staff.
