"We loved the pool area, but were disappointed not all the saunas and steam areas seemed to be working. The wellness area had outdated workout equipment but we loved the options for racquetball and ping pong. Getting here is a hassle if you don’t have a car. There is a grocery store and little toy shop very close to the hotel (but you’ll have to walk your groceries up hill to get back to the hotel without a car - Just a warning since we saw some unhappy faces as we drove past them). "Convenient to Trier. Room hot...no conditioning...not even a fan. Noisy...right above dining terrace...loud talking/children screaming...until about 21:00. Staff OK...but "preoccupied" and not overly courteous or helpful."

"Good hotel and nice staff. Bar was closed very early and waiters could not give dessert at 21:30, but the dessert fridge was just standing next to our table. Heating was a bit noisy in the room. We will for sure recommend, really nice stay"

"Excellent stay! Enjoyed comfortable room, spa facilities and breakfast. Restaurant on premises is very beautiful but disappointing and overpriced menu. Need to hire a new chef and less but more attentive staff. "

Great surprise, very happy.

"During a recent motorcycle trip, we needed a hotel at the last minute. This hotel had all we wanted and more, clean, great amenities, large secure alarmed garage for the bike. Yes, as others have said the rooms are a little dated, but do not let that put you off, the hotel is amazing and very clean."
