"We loved the pool area, but were disappointed not all the saunas and steam areas seemed to be working. The wellness area had outdated workout equipment but we loved the options for racquetball and ping pong. Getting here is a hassle if you don’t have a car. There is a grocery store and little toy shop very close to the hotel (but you’ll have to walk your groceries up hill to get back to the hotel without a car - Just a warning since we saw some unhappy faces as we drove past them). "Bad experience. Extremely noisy during the night with internal noises that you don't know where they come from. Noises even during the day from the road adjacent to the hotel. Insects can also be found in the rooms. Poor soap in the bathroom. They are small counted sachets. Very poor breakfast consisting of 3 or 4 things counted. "Het eten in het restaurant was uitstekend.Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.Burg-Reuland is een mooie streek om te wandelen. Badkamer is klein om je te kleden. Negatief was dat je in de kamers langs het zwembad gewoon geen internet hebt.In het hoofd gebouw heb je wel internet."

Great hotel in a quaint town.

"The spa and breakfast exceeded the expectations. For the spa would have been nice to receive instructions for use at the beginning (for example, bring the towel from the room and at the end of your spa stay exchange it for a clean one). There is parking available but not free. The staff did not make that clear. The parking spots are pretty small. The only downside was the lack of clear communication from all staff. "

Great surprise, very happy.

"During a recent motorcycle trip, we needed a hotel at the last minute. This hotel had all we wanted and more, clean, great amenities, large secure alarmed garage for the bike. Yes, as others have said the rooms are a little dated, but do not let that put you off, the hotel is amazing and very clean."
