Séjour Moyen.

L'hôtel reste agréable dans son ensemble mais les chambres sont vieillissantes. Un changement et/ou un nettoyage important du mobilier de salon sont plus que nécessaire. L'insonorisation des chambres n'est pas au point. On entend le moteur du bain à remous et les conversations de la chambre voisine. Par manque de chance, les voisins ont pris un bain à plus de 11h du soir… Concernant la partie restauration, on regrette l'absence d'un restaurant de type gastronomique dans l'établissement. Le style pizza ou burger pour un 4*, c'est très moyen. Il reste à dire que la literie est impeccable, c'est essentiel.

Mooi hotel met storende tekortkomingen.

Kamer was OK. Sanitair is een probleem bij Hotel International: 1. zowel de douchemengkraan van de badkamer viel zo goed als niet te regelen: ofwel heet ofwel koud, maar warm was zo goed als niet in te stellen. 2. ook de wellness gaat gebukt onder problemen met de douches. Er was geen enkele douche te vinden waar men niet ijskoud kon douchen. Andere problemen zijn er ook in de wellness: - ofwel ontbreekt een douchekraan - ofwel brandt er geen licht in de douchecel - de IR-cabine had ocharme welgeteld één (1) brandende IR-lamp, hoewel er een viertal lampen aanwezig waren. Als gevolg van de niet-functionerende douches in de wellness-area nam nagenoeg niemand een douche voor de sauna, wat hygiënisch niet verantwoord is. Betreurenswaardig voor een wellness die deel uitmaakt van een 4 en 5 sterren hotel. Hoewel het Rhino restaurant kwalitatieve maaltijden serveert, is de service naar mijn oordeel ook niet navenant: het kan niet zijn dat een supplement saus en frietjes bij een côte-à-l'os twintig minuten op zich laat wachten terwijl het vlees op je bord of de schotel (zonder schotelverwarmer) ligt!

Hôtel tout à fait correct. Seul petit problème, le bruit. Dans la chambre on entend les gens qui parlent dans le couloir, les portes claquer et même tousser dans la chambre à côté.

We had a basic room (average amount of space, etc) Came with mini bar but no coffee in room. Shower leaked on bathroom flood and hair dryer did not work. Room key is required to keep lights on (and only one was provided for 2 people). Did not use pool or spa. Village is quite nice, location of hotel was good for visitors going to castle, other sites.

A bad night

Needed a credit card to get in it was raining and I was kicked out until 17:00. The room was really dirty and had bugs in it and the bed sheet had blood on it for some reason! The shared bathroom was small and gross. Not a nice place!
