"From arrival to leaving we were looked after by the most friendly helpful staff. Our room was modern comfortable and pleasing. Maybe a little smaller than we’d have preferred but of course larger suites are available. Lovely bars. Again helpful staff. Breakfast was a relaxing start to the day. The hotel location is fantastic for central London. We were able to walk to so many attractions and shops."
