I went for the Pave au Saumon with a delicious Chablis that tasted of raspberries(!) as opposed to the burnt firework flavour I've had from other Chablis in my time. Oh, yes, and a very decent breakfast as well."

Super explanation of hotel layout. After an email before our stay, they unfolded and made up the sofa bed ready for us."
