"The check-in was by the key box and as we were away much of the time we didn't meet the hosts. Everything was lovely and the location very central in Cassel, which is a nice small town we'd stayed in many times before. The cottage decoration and furniture is very French in style. Overall excellent but there are a couple of things to be aware of: 1. The spiral-style wooden stairway to 1st and second floors may not be suitable for some people. 2. Strong smell of vanilla when we arrived but it did not seem to be covering anything in particular. We arrived late in the evening but the instructions were otherwise complete. The property description was accurate as well. We would stay again."
