It was unstable with a "danger" ribbon hanging across the railing. The BBQ had food left in it from the previous renters and an empty propane tank. The garbage recycling bin outside was already full when we got there, which made for frequent visits from wildlife. Every time we contacted the owner, the response was "thanks for letting me know". We didn't sleep on the 2nd night. The cabin has potential, just too much neglect."
