"It was a great hotel with close proximity to the downtown and Casco Viejo. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and good size. The customer service was excellent!! We stayed at the Barcelo a few blocks down and felt Hesperia was. A better hotel with a better price. We will definitely come back when we visit again. "

We were able to store our luggage since our rooms were not yet ready, and head into Bilbao for the afternoon. The day of our departure we stored our bags again since we had a late flight.
