Our room had a fireplace and we loved that feature because it was a bit chillier than we expected. "We paid a little more to stay here, rather than some of the other surrounding inns/motels that looked a bit more rundown, and we were glad we did so! It was clean (so clean I was tempted to take a bath!), comfortable and charming. The breakfast is solid, the rooms are warm, and the water was hot and high-pressured. "

The only thing we would have wished for was a mini fridge in the room, but that’s not a huge deal breaker for us to return someday. It Is a nice walkable area and an easy to navigate town. Sadly, Bennington Pottery store isn’t open to the public anymore, but the town and surrounding area afforded us many diversions to fill up 3 days. "
