"Staff members were pleasant, professional, and helpful. We arrived early but were able to check-in early without an additional charge. Room was small, but listed as petite so that was expected. It was certainly adequate and toiletry items were of a nice quality. Coffee was provided in the lobby for free from 6am to 2pm, if I remember correctly. "Hotel Max’s decor is stylish and caters to music aficionados. The elevators are smallish so keep that in mind if you have bulky items for some reason. We had basic room. Bed was comfortable and room decor was cool (record player and assortment of records on the wall was a nice touch). Shower was very small, but I managed and I’m a big and tall guy."
