The room we stayed in this time was one we have previously stayed in and it was recently updated with new furniture and it was nice. The location is convenient and very walkable to stores and restaurants in the downtown area. We will definitely be returning to stay at The Latchis again. "

"This is a great stop over motel. Bed was comfortable and I didn't hear any noises from other quests rooms. Not a crowded place in the summer. I went in July and the air conditioner was excellent, easy to adjust. I like white noise when I sleep and the air conditioner does make a hum and a few clicks now and then but not in the least disturbing. No clanging or rattling. Pillows comfortable. The only thing I thought a bit lacking was a table. I used the ironing board as a dining table which worked out well since I was by my self."

Plenty of outlets for chargers and plug in devices like a laptop. Close to some very nice restaurants for dinner and breakfast. "

From the outside, it looked like a well kept old style motel but the rooms were definitely modern, spacious, and very well cared for - not dated at all! The extra bonus of an outdoor picnic area was a pleasant discovery, as well."
