"We have stayed at The Latchis a few times now and it is always a nice place to stay, from the friendly helpful staff to the clean room and amenities. The room we stayed in this time was one we have previously stayed in and it was recently updated with new furniture and it was nice. "This is a great stop over motel. Bed was comfortable and I didn't hear any noises from other quests rooms. Not a crowded place in the summer. I went in July and the air conditioner was excellent, easy to adjust. I like white noise when I sleep and the air conditioner does make a hum and a few clicks now and then but not in the least disturbing. No clanging or rattling. Pillows comfortable. The only thing I thought a bit lacking was a table. I used the ironing board as a dining table which worked out well since I was by my self."
