"Spacious and lovely house with excellent host communications. Most impressive were the high quality mattresses and bedding on all of the beds - so often, beds in rentals are terrible. We ALL slept so well. The hot tub was well maintained and in great shape and we used it almost nightly. The kitchen had all the basics, and excellent pots and pans, but we spend a lot of time in the kitchen, and would have loved more cooking implements and supplies. But good enough! "We stayed at this beautiful house, about one block from the Grafton Inn, for two nights for a wedding, and we absolutely loved it! It is a beautiful house, with lots of charm and plenty of space, and it is very comfortable, with lovely bedding and bath products. "We had a wonderful stay at the cozy Kilburn cottage, originally a sheep barn turned into workers housing in the 40s. We are very familiar with this beautiful area so knew where we were going and the setting. The attached ‘cottage’ at the Inns rear wing is charming and was just what we needed for visiting family nearby. It had all we needed for the 3 adults staying over and a family visitor for dinner. "The house and property is beautiful. There is plenty of space for everyone and is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, and bedding. The house is nicely situated where it is in walking distance to town which is very nice. We also discovered a path through the park across the street where you can get down to the williams middle branch river and we were able to walk up a bit with our dog. "We went up to this area to do some skiing at Mount Sunapee. This cottage is close to the mountain, We wanted a dog friendly listing. This was perfect for our 3 labs and their crates and 3 adults. The mud room entrance is awesome for keeping the cottage clean and storing ski/snowboard boots. The cottage is beautifully decorated (like out of a magazine) and seems “like-new”.
