"We liked the cottage and the tasteful renovations which preserved its historic nature. Loved the location's privacy and nature surrounding us. It was very warm over our stay and the AC units upstairs and down gave us more comfort. The linens were lovely, even if the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. There were no chairs on the deck and we wanted to sit outside often, so we bought inexpensive chairs and left them there. Our biggest complaint was with Vacasa's oversight. The cleaning crew did not...

"Nice cottage 5 minutes from Newbury beach on Lake Sunapee. Ample parking space for a couple of cars. Nestled in a wooded area. Quiet and comfortable. Very clean and inviting. Bathrooms were modern and extremely clean. Hannaford grocery is 6 miles out. Wifi worked flawlessly. Sunapee Ski Resort is 15 minutes away. Overall, great experience. Excellent 4 season rental for 6."

"This property was exactly as pictured and the owner was quick in communicating with us in both getting needed information to us and responding to any concerns we had. We enjoyed looking up the history of the cottage's stone work and everything about our stay here and in this lovely town. Very charming and well maintained property. The cottage is adorable with everything you could possibly need. The cottage was very clean, and the people we met up there were super nice. "Location was awesome, house met the description and was comfortable. Stayed with dog and 3 kids. Doors (or walls?) were a little drafty in the winter, but heating seemed to be ok. Heated floors in bathrooms were really nice. Suggest more than 2 dishwasher tabs per renter. Basement is quite cold but we didn't need to use it for sleeping. Still, 5 stars, great property and would stay again."

"From the moment we walked in to see the breathtaking view of the lake, we knew we had made a good choice with this lake home. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the owners made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond if we had a question. "The cabin was super cute and cozy! It was very clean and well kept. It was a little bit off the main road, but far enough back so the noise from the traffic wasn't too bad. There's also train tracks behind. We only saw one train, but it wasn't long and not too noisy. The loft space was a little tight, especially if you're on the taller side, but the bed was super comfy!
