"The house and property is beautiful. There is plenty of space for everyone and is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, and bedding. The house is nicely situated where it is in walking distance to town which is very nice. We also discovered a path through the park across the street where you can get down to the williams middle branch river and we were able to walk up a bit with our dog. "We had a wonderful stay at the cozy Kilburn cottage, originally a sheep barn turned into workers housing in the 40s. We are very familiar with this beautiful area so knew where we were going and the setting. "I booked this farmhouse for my family and my brothers family to stay here for a few days in July. I drove up from SC and he drove up from NY to visit our parents who live in Grafton. Check-in was very easy. The door has a keypad and we were given the code prior to arrival. Honestly, the house is huge. It was built in the 1800's and I loved the small town country feel to it.
