"Great location overlooking Santa Lucia Hill. However, the street noise seemed to carry over even in high floors. Santiago is a bustling city. The staff are highly commendable - warm, friendly and helpful. Gave us a few good tips. Great service & communication in English. "

"First, let me say the staff here were really fantastic and helpful. Unfortunately that was the only good thing I can say about this place. When I arrived, they had no knowledge of my prepaid expedia booking. The reception staff worked hard to sort the problem, making a number phone calls that ended with me forward my expedia booking confirmation email to some dodgy Gmail account. I still have no idea who I sent that to. There were cockroaches around the stove and sink and in the bathroom....

"Stained bedsheets with hairs. Safe not working. Curtain rails not fixed so constantly fell down onto my head (I had to tape them up). Kettle leaked constantly into electrical system causing circuit breaker to trip. Matresss worn out and springs weak on one side. Building access keycard did not work, even when changed. Manager told me i needed to leave a day early but admitted it was an error."
