"It was really bad experience with the wifi connection, for me it very necessary the internet cuz I had to work over there, but it was impossible to do. I can recommend the place. It so many other similar places in Santiago center with much better service. "

"There are better places to stay for this money. (For example Dream Lab Tourist Apartment) In this hotel everything is falling apart. Sheets and towels are yellowish and not soft. Bed isn't comfortable. Even milk at the breakfast turned bad in my coffee. This is not nice place to stay at all! "

"This isn't really a hotel for tourists especially if you speak no Spanish. It is geared to intermediate term rentals to people in town temporarily, say for work assignment. There are limited hotel services. Sheets and towels are changed every three days. However, it is in a very good location, near a great restaurant district and walking distance to the main plaza of town. The suite is comfortable and includes a small kitchen. You can stock it at the nearby grocery store."

"When planning our trip we had no idea what to expect other than the Mandarin Oriental is known for luxury. I cannot say enough about how nice, happy and accommodating the staff at this M.O. are. The room was very well appointed and large! Temperature perfect! OMG the shower was the best we have ever experienced!! If you havent yet join the Fans of M.O.! They have amazing experiences and specialty things they do for you and we had a couple really nice surprises!! To name a few staff that went above and beyond were Stephanie from guest relations, Andres the concierge, Karen in the bar and Alonzo(forgive me if I spelt it wrong) the bellhop. These people and many more whose names escape me made this feel like home! "
