"We had 4 in a unit on the 14th floor - great size space and was a blessing to have 2 baths. There is construction next door right now, so the mornings can be a little noisy, but it never bothered us too much as we were out the door exploring the city pretty early every day. Roof deck is awesome - We'd go up and have coffee most mornings. Central to so much there, and plenty of subway stops within a few blocks, so pretty easy to get anywhere."

"Property and room was very good, the staff are amazing. Our one complaint would be that our room looked over a building site, and the workmen worked early in the morning using very noisy power tools. I appreciate they have a job to do and I've no issue with that, but I feel, with the amount of mo eh we paid ( we were on the top floor with an appointment for 5 days) perhaps we should of been informed that there was building work outside our room."

"Nice rooms. Nice my family only needs 1 room. Communication with the staff was Exceptional. Room is nice. Could be cleaner. A lot of other ppls hair randomly. In beds & shower. Dust bunnies. Overall im satisfied nothing than was a deal breaker. I’m still happy overall "

"Cute room , smaller than pictured but it was perfect for 3 of us. Make sure you take towels, they do have some there but since it was humid, the towels smelled muggy after first use and we didn’t get extra ones. Our host was communicative. "

"The unit is spacious and bright. Closets are enormous and beds are comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Booking experience was not good, the address is not what is listed in ad, which ended up having the limo for my daughter’s wedding go to wrong place. Management doesn’t contact you with any details until the the day you checkin. They should at least acknowledge you immediately and let renters know they will send codes on check-in day. "We loved this experience and would do it again. Service and facility were first rate, top to bottom. Views are mesmerizing. The location was perfect for us. A subway stop is steps away from the front door. Central Park is across the street. I have stayed at Trump facilities before; this one met our high expectations. This one has our highest recommendation."

"A lot of cleaning involved in order to avoid “additional fees”. I am not a messy person but there is certain things I’d rather not do while I’m on vacation and having to pay for a luxury room."
