"Excellent stay !!! Close to Times Square "

"Unclear about extra fees and charges before checking in. There’s a charge for parking at $15/night. Deposit is $50/night. None of this info was disclosed on hotel website or third party one. Bathroom could’ve been cleaned thoroughly. Dishes were dirty, no ice machines in hotel where they offer kitchens. Had to switch rooms first night due to them being unprepared n not having the proper equipment needed to remove extra lock. Just a lot of inconveniences that could of be avoided if proper...

"I liked that I could always get them on the phone, I did not like that the TV did not work and would take a week to fix or I could move to a different room. By that time I was already settled in. They do need to but a bedside lamp by the bed so you can read at night, without having a flood of lights on , "

"We had 4 in a unit on the 14th floor - great size space and was a blessing to have 2 baths. There is construction next door right now, so the mornings can be a little noisy, but it never bothered us too much as we were out the door exploring the city pretty early every day. Roof deck is awesome - We'd go up and have coffee most mornings. Central to so much there, and plenty of subway stops within a few blocks, so pretty easy to get anywhere."

"Property and room was very good, the staff are amazing. Our one complaint would be that our room looked over a building site, and the workmen worked early in the morning using very noisy power tools. I appreciate they have a job to do and I've no issue with that, but I feel, with the amount of mo eh we paid ( we were on the top floor with an appointment for 5 days) perhaps we should of been informed that there was building work outside our room."

"Easy check in, great communication from the host. My favorite thing about the room were the bunk beds. Much more comfortable than sharing a bed everyone gets their own bed. Overall great value for the price. "

"The room was surprisingly big and very clean. I loved having a little kitchenette to cook and save money. Staff was extremely welcoming and willing to help. Even after check out they let me store my bags so it was really stress free. The windows in the room were big and had lots of natural light. I loved my stay i can’t wait to come back again "

"Cute room , smaller than pictured but it was perfect for 3 of us. Make sure you take towels, they do have some there but since it was humid, the towels smelled muggy after first use and we didn’t get extra ones. Our host was communicative. "
