"It’s. Beautiful hotel but it’s definitely not maintained to the standard that most of the Embassy Suites we’ve stayed at are. But it’s mostly small things. A few cracked tiles, bathroom door that needs to be really pushed to lock, sticking buttons on the AC and things that are unplugged. But overall it’s a great place to stay and for the price, you really can’t beat it. They also have one of the best included breakfasts of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Definitely staying here again the next time we’re in town."

"We originally booked hotels, indigo in Cleveland downtown. When we arrived, they rudely told us we were at the wrong hotel and sent us 20 miles to what they said was the correct hotel. We were told that sometimes hotels.com will book the next closest hotel of the same franchise if they are sold out, I don’t know if this is true or not, but it was not convenient for us. Ultimately the hotel we stayed at was very charming, and the staff was very friendly."

"The hotel was good it has a pizza place around and they deliver to the room ,they have a bar and a restaurant inside, the pool is divided into 3 sections , the mall is around the corner and various of restaurants, they have an ok gym my family enjoyed this hotel "

"This property is perfectly located in the center of all things downtown. The only draw back is that there is an air conditioner only in the bedroom in the suites. Therefore, the rest of the room was hot and sticky and the room took several hours to cool down. Downstairs in the lobby it felt like there was no air at all. In the heat of the summer, AC is a must. "
