"the best thing about this property is the location....perfect!!! For a 2-star hotel, it is a great price for the location alone. Very basic accommodations; easy check-in and check-out; parking is included, which is huge as well. Good value!"
Comfort Inn San Diego - SeaWorld Area

"We stayed here for 4 nights with our special needs son. The location/surrounding area is a bit sketchy with quite a bit of homeless activity but the property itself is secure. The streets around the property are poorly maintained with potholes galore. It is in an industrial area but the noise inside the rooms is very little. There are one-way streets, so trip plan accordingly. The only food is a Canes restaurant but luckily DoorDash isn’t afraid to come there. Small fridge and microwave is in the room. The rooms are a little on the small side so the 3 of us kinda felt cramped. The room was surprisingly serviced while we were out and about which is a rarity these days not wanting for fresh towels or garbage to be removed. Our son wanted his inflatable mattress, so with some engineering we managed to get it fixed up for him. The staff provided extra bedding and even made it up for him daily as part of the room; they even fashioned his stuffed animals nicely; I wish I could’ve thanked them in person for that. There is a smoking area conveniently located and very clean. There also is an outdoor patio area where I saw some people enjoying adult beverages and playing games. The included breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs (faux eggs), sausage links and waffles. I like a lighter breakfast so opted with cranberry juice, yogurt and muffin. The muffin choice changes daily but the rest does not. Location was good. 15 minutes to Mission Beach; 7 minutes to Sea World."
