"My grandchildren stayed at this property in May 2024. This was probably the best vacation rental I’ve experienced. The place was spotless. Kitchen had utensils and dinnerware available which made our eating, snacking easy without worrying about supplies. Coffee and creamer/sugar were available as well. The beds were comfortable and furnishings were ideal for our stay! And location! We could not have picked a better spot as far as vicinity to the beach. Sometimes one looks at a map and it...

"The property location and cleanliness were exceptional.It was stocked with everything you need while away from home. The small back yard is beautiful and worked well with dogs. The only negative was the bathroom door that is a poorly designed barn door and does not allow much privacy, especially in such a small space. Otherwise super nice and would be a 5 rating."

"Beautiful place. Right on the ocean. Great location to everything. If you’re driving - bring a bike. The sand on the beach is like concrete (lots of bikers) and everything within hiking distance too. Great clean place. Shower pressure awesome!!! A/C blasts!! Confusing how to operate the thermostat - googled it and figured out there is a scroll on the right of the thermostat. Tried contacting host about this and was unsuccessful - it was at check in. "The location is great. Good proximity to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Everything is recently renovated and very clean. The host was extremely responsive and helpful and the check in was very easy. The pool was warm and gets lots of afternoon sun. We were travelling with a four month old baby and did find there was a lot of noise from the street and upstairs unit. It was March break so that may have contributed to the noise. "This rental is well located, walking distance to beach. Easy access as well. The unit is on lower level so we could hear people walking or moving furniture above. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and wagon were available, which was very nice. There were no spices in the kitchen though and the bed was noisy. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"This property is not actually 2 bedrooms - there is a bed in a large walk-in closet in the 1 bedroom. While the unit was clean it did not smell good, especially the shared entry way. Both mornings of my stay, I was awakened by the downstairs tenants opening and closing the garage door at 630am which is very loud in the unit. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. "
