"Stayed for my daughter's pinning ceremony and graduation from UNF; my wife youngest daughter and mother in law. PERFECT location, nice layout with plenty of privacy for all four of us (wife and i were on top floor, everyone else on second floor with their own rooms.) Short walk to beach access, plenty of stores and restaurants around, Short drive to UNF or downtown. Will definitely stay here again whenever i am in town."

"A beautiful property within walking distance from the Atlantic. This house was all that the site described, and more. We enjoyed the fully supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, washer/dryer and infant highchair and beach toys for our 1 yr. old granddaughter. We played corn hole, used the beach furniture and the firepit complete with supplied firewood. The hosts were accessible and our VRBO vacation was relaxing. We would stay in this property again if the opportunity arose."

"Fantastic location and literally only steps from the smoothest sand we’ve walked on in many years! Everything was as advertised and plenty of room for a family of four. Nicely updated and tastefully decorated. We gave the overall check-in process 4/5 because we didn’t get the instructions or entry codes until we asked for them twice (once 24 hours before and once the day of check-in at 4:30 pm). The management team was apologetic and this may have been an oversight, but it was nerve racking....

"We had a restful, quiet getaway with friends and our kids- so it was two couples and two three year olds and one infant. The house is beautiful with nice furniture, bathrooms, comfy beds- all we could ask for. Beach is right out the back door- wow. We could have used the extra bedroom off of the garage for one kid- but instead we put a pack and play in the primary bedroom on the first floor so we could have everyone in the same wing of the house (that extra bedroom would be great for a teen or...
