Great location! Clean and well supplied condo!

Stayed for a long weekend with my husband and 13 yr old. Plenty of room for us and we had everything we needed. Two blocks from the beach and one block from a great Asian Fusion restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

Great Rental

This is a great, little rental. Very nice inside and very clean. Great location and only minutes to the beach. The rental is on the first floor, so there is an upstairs apartment, and the occupants can be a little noisy especially at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. It was a perfect location 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the main drive up and down the coast to where we were going. There were a lot of amenities, like shampoo, washer pods, coffee pods, dish soap. The place was clean and the only challenge we had was upstairs noise that was disturbing in the late evening/night.

Better than the Pictures

We travelled to Jacksonville Beach for a few nights at the end of December. The place was even nicer than the pictures. The location was amazing. I would love to come back here and stay longer next time.

Worked great for our family, would definitely stay here again. Only negative is it’s a bit bare bones, with no ability to sit outside on the patio. Still very solid.

The location is 2 blocks close from the beach and an easy walk. The one thing most rentals dont have is a good shower head. This rental has a great bathroom/ shower. Yes, it is the little things. I would stay here again. Great girls trip spot.

Location was great. Close to the beach and to many restaurants. Apartment is just like the pictures. Plenty of room for a small family or friends. Has everything you need. Will definitely look here again when coming to town.

We had an amazing time here for our spring break! We just wanted something close to the beach and not overpacked, beach was very quite and clean, and very close. Overall the place was very nice and has everything that you'd need during your stay. Communication with property manager was also very good and responded in a timely manner.

Family Visit

Flew in from California to meet our new grandson. Stayed for five nights. This place is exactly as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home and enjoy our stay! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay near the beach and enjoy all it has to offer. I will book again when we come out next time. Thank you for a great stay!

We'll be back!

After staying in various places around Jax Beach while visiting family, we have found this property to be the best one. Besides being immaculate and brand new feeling, the apartment is simply but beautifully decorated.The living room and substantial kitchen area are well-suited for conversation and TV-watching.The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Bedrooms are spacious with great closet space. Washer/dryer are in the kitchen area. It's an easy two-block walk to the beach; or if you want to explore other beach locations, there are several access points with free parking in Jax Beach. The apartment is located near shopping and restaurants. Public transportation is available to most points between Jacksonville and South Jacksonville Beach. Drew, our host, is easy to reach and very pleasant to work with if you have any questions. We're already looking forward to a repeat trip!

Fantastic property

My grandchildren stayed at this property in May 2024. This was probably the best vacation rental I’ve experienced. The place was spotless. Kitchen had utensils and dinnerware available which made our eating, snacking easy without worrying about supplies. Coffee and creamer/sugar were available as well. The beds were comfortable and furnishings were ideal for our stay! And location! We could not have picked a better spot as far as vicinity to the beach. Sometimes one looks at a map and it appears close or in walking distance, but you get there and it’s much further than expected. This rental was perfect for walking to the beach without having to worry about crossing busy roads or being much further than anticipated. I highly recommend this place and our hosts were very easy to contact- although we didn’t need to. They actually contacted ME as I left a swim suit there on accident. He called me and offered to ship It to me or whatever was needed. That’s going above and beyond! Enjoy your stay here! It’s wonderful!

Beach / Concert Weekend

Can’t beat the location, 2 min walk to the beach. Beach is clean and plenty of space. Neighborhood is friendly and well maintained. About 30 mins from Downtown Jacksonville, concert and sporting venues. Clean unit with all the amenities.

Property is exactly as described. Roomy 2 bedroom, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Beach access is very close and we enjoyed several nearby restaurants. We would gladly stay again if we’re in the area.
