"This is a no frills resort but if you’re looking for solitude and relaxing beach time, it delivers just the right amount of basic amenities. Service is good and staff does what it can to accommodate requests. The only downside to our trip was no a/c but an extra fan, and ocean breeze and sound of waves and palm frawns solved any sleep issues at night. Because we’re from a warm climate, we made the adjustment relatively easy. Be sure to pick the right bungalow or suite for added privacy. Overall, absolutely recommend as long as you’re not expecting contemporary amenities and newer decor. Some bungalows actually have nighttime a/c but we chose a larger suite and incredible view. Nice, but pricey, restaurants within walking distance. We also rented a car, so we regularly ate less pricey food in and around Tulum, and from Super Aki grocery market."

"Great hotel to stay. I stayed there for one week. Staff was very friendly and polite. Kevin Williams at front desk was amazing, one day my kids woke up late. I went to ask him breakfast and it was about one hour past breakfast closing time. He packed our breakfast and made sure it is warm and my kids ate. Valley parking as great, very happy with Adrian service. Daily room cleaning was amazing. We used to find back late night and getting clean room back was awesome. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again "
